What does a Kinesiology treatment look like?
The kinesiologist uses a muscle test to look for the present and past cause of the problem. The basis of muscle testing is the interaction and connection between the brain and muscles. Our muscles weaken at any unpleasant sensation or memory. During the treatment, the kinesiologist applies gentle pressure on the outstretched arm of the person being examined. They ask direct questions to the client's "inner knowing" (subconscious) and the muscle answers by either "holding strong" (Yes) or "weakening" (No) to the answers to the questions asked.
Next, they look for the negative emotional energy that holds the client back, and then its positive equivalent on the Behavior Barometer. We are not talking about pairs of opposites, but about mutually neutralizing energies that will then bring back the state of balance.
In order to release the blocks, the kinesiologist selects from a wide range of 'corrections' depending on the client's needs. These can be forms of movement, visualization techniques, essences, symbols, etc.
The forehead-neck posture (demonstrated by me in the image to the right) is one of the corrections I use in my treatment. It relieves stress and internal tension, helps in decision-making, develops creativity, dissolves built-in obstacles, increases awareness, and breaks down thought blocks
