"If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. Primary reality is within; secondary reality without."
- Eckhart Tolle
My name is Eszter Abraham,
Kinesiologist Therapist in Bristol
I gained my therapist qualification in 2008 in Hungary.
I strongly believe the body, mind and soul are all connected, because we are all vibrational. We are more than our body.
We are all a part of the infinite universe. But as an individual soul we need to find a way to live a healthy and happy life here on Earth. Kinesiology can help support you to heal past traumas and create a healthier mind-body for greater happiness in the present and the future. This therapy is a complementary therapy, or an 'energy' therapy so I am not a medical doctor and cannot give you official medical advice or treatment.
What Is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology uses muscle-testing techniques. to gain an insight into the areas of stress and imbalance within your energy system. It is based upon the premise that any issues within your energy system will be reflected in your body.
Using muscle testing, kinesiology can help you to understand your emotional state and your emotional blocks. It is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process which can help improve your daily life.
Kinesiology is for anyone but can especially help if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, fear, or any other emotional problem.
How Does Kinesiology Work?
Imagine you're navigating a path on a foggy night. The dense fog envelops you, making it hard to perceive your surroundings. However, equipped with a potent flashlight, you manage to pierce through the fog, unveiling a focused, well-defined area ahead of you.
In this analogy, the fog symbolizes your life situation, encompassing both past and future, the flashlight represents your conscious presence, and the illuminated space signifies the present moment. Kinesiology can be your flashlight, helping you to consciously work your way through the fog of your life so you can joyfully focus on the present moment.
How Do I know If I’m stressed?
Symptoms of stress can be:
Headaches, skin rash, inability to sleep, poor grades, dyslexia, learning disabilities, sleepy when staring to read, bedwetting, shoulder and neck strain, muscular tension, frustrated and bored, backache, dizziness, a tendency to sweat, palpitations, nail-biting, twitches, loss of appetite, food cravings, loss of libido. They may include feeling of constant irritability, depression, lack of interest in life, fear of failure, inability to express feelings, loss of sense of humour, aggression, fear of the future, sense of isolation, constant fatigue, anxiety, or fear of authorities.
If you feel any of these symptoms, do not hesitate to get in touch with me, I am happy to help you.
